AKBANK ÇAMDIBI BRANCH BUILDING - Izmir

The site is at Konak region of Izmir and located on the intersection of two roads as the corner plot of attached order buildings. According to the development plan of the city, the bank building designed as 5 stories over ground, a penthouse on the roof level and a basement.

First two floors are the customer banking services, third floor is the monitoring saloon of Istanbul Stock Exchange with 40 seat capacity and the fourth floor is an archive of the branch which is furnished with compact file units. Fifth floor is not a part of this branch, but a central unit for the branches of a certain zone in Izmir.

Elevations of the building has been cladded by GRC units, manufactured according to our shop drawings. Security and transperancy has been provided by using glass blocks at elipsoid staircase, thus all the circulation areas received daylight. Interior spaces has been designed in accordance with Akbank 2000 concept.
