AKBANK MANAVGAT BRANCH BUILDING - Antalya

The bank building was designed on a corner plot of a city block, located at an intersection of Antalya Main Road. In accordance with the development plan of the city, the building is composed of 5 floors, a mezzanine on ground floor and a penthouse on the roof level.

First two floors are the customer banking services and the third floor is housing a seance saloon for monitoring Istanbul Stock Exchange with a capacity of 25 seats and an archive room with compact file units. Fourth and fifth floors are designed as apartments for the bank managers, with a private stair and elevator located at the rear elevation. Building combines living and working in one location and this has been reflected to the elevations.

Elevations of the building has been cladded by GRC units and due to the municipality regulations all manufactured in white color. Blind parts of the apartment levels were finished with clay bricks for the perception of combined functions. Interior spaces has been designed in accordance with Akbank 2000 concept.
