Renovation of an existing five storey office building as a four star hotel in Baku.

Existing elevator and stair were planned for service purposes and a new core, composed of two elevators and a stair were added to the middle of the plan for the customers. The main entrance of the hotel is located at the north corner of the building, through a circle entrance platform and the program of the building is composed of 35 double bedrooms, lobby, gift store, administration, restaurant, technical rooms and service facilities.

Two elevations of the building were cladded by glass with a GRC grid on it and the other two elevations were plastered and painted and aluminium sun breakers were added on the windows.
