The housing compound was designed at the beginning of 2001, for a land located at Çekmeköy, one of the new residential regions of Istanbul. The area is almost 4 hectars and set between the main road to the village and the forest at the east direction.

The 25 unit development is compound of 15 single and 10 semi detached villas with two different type of plan. Single type villas are 360 m2 with four bedrooms and semi detached ones are 240 m2 with three bedrooms. Each villa has two stories over ground, a service basement and in both plans the ground floors are for living and kitchen and first floors are for the bedrooms.

The layout has three groups of housing, social facilities at the middle of the land, which is across the main entrance of the complex and the outdoor sports area is located at the south part.
