Reconstruction of an historical hotel building as a five star hotel and casino. The front elevation walls were kept and the rest of the building have demolished and reconstructed. Program includes; 124 delux rooms, 2 presidential suit, 2 restaurants, closed swimming pool, meeting rooms and a casino. A new building has been added to the back of the hotel with entertainment and recreation facilities such as bowling, disco, banket saloon, spa, massage and fitness.
