FORD SHOWROOM & SERVICE STATION IN ALMATY - Kazakhstan
The land was approximately 6,000 m2 and located next to the Fiat
showroom in Almaty. Design works have been performed in accordance
with the Ford building specifications and the total closed area
was 3,000 m2. Building is composed of showroom and service departments
attached to each other, with showroom entrance from the main road
and service vehicle entrance from the side road. In the showroom
part, 6 cars can be exhibited at the both sides of the well coming
area, with customer representative and meeting tables in between
the cars. Mezannine floor is overlooking the showroom and has been
designed for administrative purposes. Spare
parts and technical offices are in between the service and showroom
areas with an acess corridor connecting all departments. Capacity
of the service station is 20 cars at the same time and painting
facilities are a separate building in the area, across the service
department.
